Maintaining a strong connection to the site’s heritage, the investment phase was launched as The Pavilion honouring the former Royal Infirmary’s ‘Pavilion’ building style.

The challenge was to balance historical significance with a modern appeal, ensuring the brand resonated with both domestic and international investors. Drawing inspiration from the typography of Florence Nightingale’s original medical notes, we developed a sophisticated identity, complete with a 'royal' mark that pays tribute to the site’s distinguished past.
