The Pavilion At The Nightingale Quarter
Working with Wavensmere Homes and Jospeh Mews Property on a joint venue to define a route to market for premium apartments at The Nightingale Quarter, Nottingham. Eager to keep the brand aligned with its existing identity and connection to Florence Nightingale, the investment phase was launched as The Pavilion. Base on research, the name pays homage to the history of the former Royal Infirmary indicating the 'Pavilion' building style used for the hospital, a design pioneered by Florence Nightingale. With a highly attractive location, and site rich in history, we were able to help define an already iconic destination and engage a domestic and international audience.
